Taking care of your kids is not easy. There are no standard guidelines in rearing them. You give care based on what you can see, feel and think they need. Everything is anticipated and determined what is immediate. As a parent you plan for their future. For the meantime, you meet their daily needs. It is a fact that being a parent is not a piece of cake but being one is more than fulfilling.
Taking care of them starts from the time you found out that you have conceived them until the time that they can they live their own life. As a parent, you make sure that you feed them right and provide warmth. You give them educational learning toys to develop their skills at an early age. You cuddle them just to pacify them even though you are too sleepy
As infants, it was never too tiring to cradle them even though they put on weight every month. When they cry you respond to them immediately and give them toys for babies that are not only entertaining yet Baby Einstein as well. You handle them gently and in everything you do, their safety comes first. You never settle for less in giving them what they need.
And as they grow into becoming little kids, you as a parent never stop making them happy. You never stop in meeting their needs. You will go up and beyond to make them grow with strong foundations and values to make them better adults in the future. As you set aside their educational toys for baby, you pave way for a new experience. Toys become shared by their peers, the plays become socially inclined and you as a parent still stand to support them and cheer them as they make their way up in school.
They will grow up so fast. In time, they will be crossing the streets on their own and know what clothes they want to wear. But even though they grow up to be even more independent, you as a parent have always been there to remind them of their duties as a son or a daughter. All their problems become more complex but you are still there when they seek an advice. Even at the time they tie the knot with their everlasting companions, you are still there to take care of them and their kids. Rearing your kids is not a piece of cake. But for parents, you live for it because you love them. And you give rearing a better definition, a better process and a better guideline because experience shows what you can do for their happiness, for them to be better persons and to let them live their dreams. They are part of you and they are also reflections of you. Simply you only wants what is best for your child.
